Excellent non-vintage roséchampagne first launched in 1968 in a very special bottle inspired by the time of King Henry IV. Smooth, elegant with delicate effervescence and fine freshness, with two three years in bottle it gains both depth and finesse.The raw material comes from different vineyards including grand cru vineyards.Strawberries, strawberries but also intense minerality and crisp acidity on the palate.It is produced by extracting the Pinot Noir skins in juice for 48-72 hours, during which time it acquires its beautiful salmon pinkish colour.
