Armand de Bringac Rose

Behind Armand de Brignac is the Cattier family house. Armand de Brignac is the prestige cuvee range of wines, identified by the ‘Ace of Spades’, the ornate bottle inspired by the fashion house André Courrèges. Founded in 1763, the House of Cattier produces fine champagnes with all stages of the traditional method being done by hand.
Impressive bottle with a rose hue for this very limited production champagne.
It uses 50% Pinot Noir from old vines used exclusively for this wine, and the rest is made up of 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. Maturation takes place in cellars at least 30 metres deep, considered to be among the deepest in Campania.
Red fruit aromas, with several notes of toasted bread.
The almost 10 gr/lt dosage brings the perfect balance with the cool acidity.
Drink it now and for another decade.

Goes well with:

Pasta with red sauces, Seafood shellfish (crayfish, lobster, shrimps), Grilled large poultry (duck, turkey, guinea fowl…), Appetizers with smoked salmon / caviar / brisket.
