The slopes of the Rhone with the Cotes du Rhone appellation of origin produce the majority of simple everyday wines with juicy fruit and spicy notes of blends dominated by the Grenache variety. Delas, on the other hand, produces Saint-Esprit with Syrah as the dominant variety and for this reason the wine is slightly more peppery; a juicy and enjoyable wine.
