The precious and rare Silphium, which was the secret herb of the Romans, gave its name to the estate’s Grand Cuvee, Silphium La Tour Melas! This is an extremely small-production rosé wine, unlike any other, at least in Greece! The inspiration is drawn from the Grand Cuvees of Provence, some of which are barrel aged to give them structure and complexity.
